Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T:
30% in advance, the rest before shipment on FOB basis
70% in advance, the rest against faxed B/L after shipment on CFR basis
Q: What is MQQ required?
A: for printed rolls, we require MQQ 5000 rolls
For small POS rolls, we require MQQ 1000 rolls
For fax rolls with OEM wrapping, we require MQQ 5000 rolls
Q: Will there be price difference if we require palletizing or single roll wrapping?
A: Yes, we usually add 0.01$ per roll for palletizing and single wrapping cost
Q: How much will the price be increased if we require printing?
A: We could do printing on both sides of the rolls. Printing cost is related with quantity per order,
number of colors, complexity of artwork, etc.
Q: how can I get a sample and is it free?
A: Samples of plain paper rolls are
usually dispatched within 24 hours with freight prepaid through DHL.
Q: Do you offer discounts on large volume orders?
A: we will give different price levels against different volumes. Long-term and old customers will usually receive the great support from us.
